Libertas Equestrian Center is home to Tori Belliard and her team of amazing horse experts and trainer. Tori has managed Libertas for over 9 years. The equestrian center sits on 100 acers in Monteray, CA. The center contains four stables, 4 arenas, a main house, staff housing, office areas, and 100s of acres of pasture area.
